About your team...

This position sits within the Optus AU Rewards team and provides strategic, consulting, renumeration, benefits and systems advice and support to our internal Optus customers.

Your role...

You will work collaboratively with Optus Employees and Leaders, along with the broader HR Team to action employee change requests within the HR System and will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties.

Your core responsibilities -

  • Actioning queries raised by leaders via ServiceNow within SAP SuccessFactors (HR System) to completion;
  • Provide reporting to leaders and working confidently in Office 365 (particularly Excel);
  • Create and modify the foundation objects contained within the HR System and prepare and action bulk changes via file transfer;
  • Generate Letters for employee changes and liasing with IT to support issues with employee changes;
  • Recommending and implementing improvements in the HR Systems administration process; &
  • Participating in ad-hoc continuous improvement projects, plus support broader HR initiatives.

About your skills & background ...

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or Business discipline with a minimum of 2 years in a busy HR Coordination or Senior Administrative role;
  • Strong administrative expertise, a solid coordination focus, attention to detail and a keen eye for data calculation and interpretation;
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, team centric, consultative and able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong Computer/ IT literacy particularly MS Office 365, ServiceNow, with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS); &
  • Passionate about customer experience, doing the right thing and making a difference each time, every time.
