About the role

Working closely with our passionate People & Culture team you will provide best practice human resources advice and support to the business to enable our Wagga Wagga site achieve business goals.


  • Support the business through empowering managers in people management practices;
  • Provide a customer focused approach, ensuring all stakeholder needs are fulfilled;
  • Provide sound advice in the application of Employment Agreements with the support of a Senior People & Culture Partner;
  • Assist the Site Manager in building the desired site culture;
  • To establish and maintain effective methods of communication, consultation and negotiation with stakeholders.

About you

Your passion for people and drive to create an outstanding employee experience will ensure your success in this role. You will have:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence;
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills;
  • Fine-tuned problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights;
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
