We have over 110 stores, a Distribution Centre and the hub - our support centre. 

Our HR team are looking for a junior HR Administrator to join their team in Hawthorn. It would be ideal if the successful candidate had a retail background.

Focus of the role:

  • Recruitment Support for Retail Stores
  • All administration for HR such as contract paperwork, change of details, new starter preparation for the stores, distribution centre and support centre
  • Update of internal systems for new starters and any training roll out
  • Support to the HR Advisor and HRM on adhoc HR tasks
  • Support the HR team with the Safety & Wellbeing Committee including preparation of Meeting Minutes
  • File Maintenance and Management – Ease, Clarity and Accuracy
  • Monthly Reporting for the team
  • Running onboarding and induction programs

This role is fast paced! We are looking for someone who:

  • Has has some experience in an HR Admin space
  • Has a high level of accuracy, combined with speed
  • Has an understanding of the General Retail Industry Award
  • Can work autonomously 
  • Loves working in an organised way
  • Has an understanding of contract management, safety admin
