Internal Position

Pinnacle People is looking for a full time Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator to join our Temp Recruitment and Staffing team, based in the CBD.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and passionate Hospitality operations professional to assist with the end-to-end recruitment of a large casual staffing pool and to forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires a true all-rounder who is able to be hands-on, prioritise tasks and is comfortable with all elements of recruitment including screening candidates, interviewing, inductions, on-boarding, compliance and administration.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure that the needs of the business are met and that there are adequate levels of support to some of our biggest accounts, finding appropriate talent with end-to-end recruiting for them.

Working predominantly Monday - Friday, some evening and weekend work will be required particularly throughout busy event seasons.

About You:
With highly developed administration skills, you will be accountable for high volume recruitment to handle the large seasonal demands of this organisation including ensuring recruitment methods are compliant. Your experience in recruitment will have been developed within a high volume environment or prestigious 5* venue/hotel.

Your time management skills will ensure the efficient management of competing priorities ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times. You will efficiently communicate with our top clients and have previous exposure to client relationship management and sales.

Most importantly, you will have the ability to manage your time effectively whilst multi-tasking to compete with rapidly changing priorities and still ensuring quality outcomes.

This Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator role is not for the faint-hearted and previous experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment is highly sought after.
