Head of People & Culture job for small Australian Financial Services business on strong growth trajectory based in Sydney. This is a newly created position due to company expansion. 

Your new role

The new Head of People & Culture will be a sole role to support and enhance the continued growth of a small professional business reporting to the CEO. You will enhance HR policies, procedures, learning, talent and culture. You will strategically deliver people strategy to support the organisations objectives. 

  • Deliver HR generalist, advisory and full employee lifecycle ownership 
  • Promote organisational development, engagement and culture 
  • Develop talent, leadership and future skills
  • Build strong attraction, retention and acquisition of talent strategies 

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working in a small company environment where HR is responsible for operational and strategic input to the business. Some professional services or financial experience would benefit but not be essential. A flexible, open minded and supportive style.
