We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Crew Logistic Officer to join our Camp Management team in Toowoomba. Working within a collaborative team focused environment you will be responsible for supporting our people working in the field. This is a part time role, working 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday.


  • Maintaining rosters for all FIFO/DIDO field workers, ensuring adequate staffing levels across all camp positions.
  • Providing human resource support including establishing new employees, terminations, processing leave forms, Workcover appointments and performance appraisals.
  • Maintaining a training matrix/database and ensuing compliance.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliability and good work ethic.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
