The role
You will work across the business to build fit for purpose people solutions. Working closely with the CPO, this role is responsible for key components of the Tic Toc People Strategy including leadership development, culture, talent programs and learning.

Using your experience, you will identify, build and implement relevant and impactful programs of work aimed at uplifting the capability, maximise the existing talent and collective brain at Tic Toc.

You will be a leadership coach across the organisation providing expert advise on coaching, leading for high performance and a culture that is aligned to Tic Toc’s values.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Works closely with the Chief People Officer on the development and execution of the People Strategy for Tic Toc.
  • Develops and delivers the leadership development strategy for Tic Toc
  • Builds and supports the facilitation of the annual Talent Review.
  • Works alongside the CPO in the facilitation and execution of the annual remuneration review process, including the coaching of leaders on remuneration frameworks and principles.
  • Develops the supporting frameworks and tools for embedding a high-performance culture.
  • Contributes to organisational design projects providing support in role design and change management.
  • Develop, lead, and implement wellbeing initiatives that supports both mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Partner with business to provide support in relation to industrial relations instruments and processes, performance management, coaching.
  • Collaborates with team leads across the business to build aligned learning solutions and meeting compliance requirements.
  • Improve, facilitate, and conduct analysis on employee engagement surveys, initiatives and action planning.
  • Develops and reviews relevant people policies and practices.
What you will need to be super successful in the role is:
  • Experience in the development, design and execution of talent and leadership programs, based on needs analysis, evidence-based research, and data inputs.
  • Demonstrated experience in: organisational development, leadership development, succession planning, capability frameworks, culture transformation.
  • Seasoned experience in HR business partnering including employee relations, HR policies and practices.
  • Ability to work in a context of ambiguity to solve problems and create new programs, and engage others through the process.
  • Self-directed, and ability to thrive working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience in supporting a technology organisation.
