Our Team and the role

Our HR department is responsible for shaping and delivering the people agenda, focused on making LEAP a great place to work.

As the HR and Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and administration duties regarding HR activities, initiatives and programs.

To be successful in this role, you must be a highly professional individual, preferably with a background in Internal Recruitment, recruiting for a high volume of roles across all levels. You take initiative, have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.

If successful, you will join a supportive, collegial and productive HR team. Your focus and commitment to delivering excellent work will be recognised and rewarded with career progression.

Human Resources Director

What You Will Do


  • You will manage full end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies for the business
  • Use multiple tools such as job boards and social media to source the best candidates
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline

HR Administration
  • Maintaining HR reports
  • Maintain JD library
  • Proactively identify and help to implement initiatives that continually improve HR processes
  • Support and facilitate operational processes for employee performance and career development
  • Collate data for annual Salary Benchmarking report
  • Ad hoc reports and project work
  • Support payroll delivery by providing clarification and collation of changes to employee remuneration

Knowledge And Experience
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field is essential;
  • Proven experience in a high-volume administration role;
  • Competent in MS Office, particularly in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage expectations and time frames;
  • High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality;
  • Experience in a HR or Recruiting environment is highly preferred.
