Job Description

Are you seeking a role using internal communications, change and project management experience? Do you offer meticulous attention to detail, a creative and strategic mindset and strong organisational skills?

Take ownership of the Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) business, supporting the senior leadership team and their business processes and be accountable for developing and executing the internal communications strategy to meet AEMs business objectives.

About The Role

In this new role you will be focused on:

Internal Communications

  • Supports the regional MD and senior leadership team with all internal communications
  • Contributes to TR culture, employee engagement and organisational health through developing and delivering innovative, impactful communications
  • Works in close partnership with business leaders and HR to deliver internal events such as Customer Experience Week, Career Week, Leadership Panels, Town Halls - including programming, creation of materials, managing event logistics, broadcast set up - including live streaming - pre- and post-event PR.
  • Promotes the TR brand, strategy, vision and priorities to internal employees – helps to tell the broader TR/AEM story in region
  • Owns the internal communications platform for AEM, providing content for internal articles, blogs, driving usage and employee participation/engagement in key initiatives
  • Drive awareness and adoption of collaboration tools for increased employee engagement and business effectiveness
  • Collaborates with global communications team to execute on global initiatives, implement best practice digital solutions in region.
Business operations and planning
  • Supports operations initiatives across the region, program managing and delivering a wide variety of cross functional projects
  • Supports the senior leadership team, and their business processes, program managing key initiatives
  • Coordinates the implementation of change programs.
  • Supports and guides the work of a business operations team - manage, motivate, coach and develop project team members.
About You

You're a fit for the role if you are:
  • A confident self-starter, able to manage senior stakeholders, work autonomously and use their initiative to lead issues and generate strategies.
  • Have extensive knowledge and skills gained through wide-ranging experiences within the Communications field that require diverse practices or procedures.
  • Recognized as a Communications expert within own area/geography and has developed depth or breadth of complex functional knowledge in own area.
  • Take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  • Have superior oral and written communications skills with ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with leaders/managers.
  • Have the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Can build network of sources and thrive in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Conversant in and able to use advanced media and various communication platforms.
  • Ability to work in a team environment across multiple business areas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain focused, objective, effective and concentrated under pressure.
  • Innovative – ability to propose effective, original solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail – ensures accuracy of communications.
  • Skilled at planning, project management, time management, communicating, decision-making, presentations and human and organizational relations.
