About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR Organisation Sustainability team, where you will be a key member of a small, high calibre and collaborative team who are doing amazing work and having fun.
This role will work with the business to review learning requests, identify learning needs and design learning engagements that provide individuals and teams with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for their success – now and into the future.



Key accountabilities


  • Administers inflow of new Learning Request Forms, reviews to determine best approach, and engages with stakeholders to further scope out the requirement where required.
  • Frames the opportunity and provides informed recommendations to stakeholders on sustainable, best-fit solutions that address root causes of capability gaps
  • Leads simple projects and draws in SME knowledge to design engaging learning experiences that address both technical and human skills learning
  • Utilises technical knowledge on adult learning, design thinking, and systems thinking to develop innovative, multi-channel and scalable solutions that encourage a continuous learning culture, provide a great user experience and measurable impact
  • Works with our customers to ensure that learning & development resources continue to provide value, and leads the change for designing innovative and sustainable alternatives
  • Routinely evaluates the impact of deployment methods to build knowledge of the channels and tactics that work best for specific learner groups, topics and objectives, and incorporates learnings into future initiatives
  • Develops simple and value-adding resources that enable self-service for customers and peers, and actively seeks feedback for improvement opportunities

About You

You provide structure to your thinking, projects and change efforts by role modelling the use of various methodologies, and you change mindsets by telling a compelling story which is backed by data and facts.



For your success, curiosity, flexibility and growth mindset are essential. Adult learning or human development certification required, and experience in leading change and delivering large projects an advantage. Also desireable is knowledge in using MS Planner, MS Teams, Sharepoint and LinkedIn Learning.
