Boyd & Moore Executive Search is looking to hire a strong Onsite Recruiter who will be working as a Recruiting Partner with one of our key clients, covering multiple offices in Australia and New Zealand.

We have been running a very successful RPO with this client in SE Asia and Japan since 2017 and are now expanding this relationship into ANZ as well.

The client is a listed European company with close to 50,000 employees globally and a real market leader in Specialty Chemicals as well as Consumer Goods.

Even during the height of the Covid-19 crisis our client has been hiring new employees across APAC. Their market position is strong and the recruiting forecast for 2021 and 2022 is solid.

Our Onsite Recruiter should ideally be at client location in Sydney several days a week (Covid-related rules permitting) and will be in charge of partnering with Hiring Manager in ANZ, APAC and globally, working closely with the HR Teams and managing asteady flow of top-notch candidates.

The Recruiting Partner will have a dedicated research team that manages job postings, headhunting, primary assessments and all database work which allows the recruiter to focus on project management and relationship building with key stakeholders.

Your peers will be awesome BMES recruiters on-site with the same client in Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo while you will be reporting to the Account Manager in Singapore.

Our client's HR Organization is responsible for attraction, recruitment and retention of talented and ambitious people who are crucial for their global business success. The team implements strategic HR programs for Recruitment and Employer Branding and is responsible for the local analysis, planning, facilitation and implementation of best practices to support the client’s vision and strategic goals. Therefore, the alliance with the global Center of Expertise Team and business colleagues is very strong.

Our client considers the onsite recruiters / recruiting partners aspioneers with a strong hands-on mentality, can-do attitude and a great enthusiasm for recruitment and candidate management related topics.

What we offer

  • Recruitment Partner managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions across three different Business Units
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end – go to market sourcing strategy to onboarding.
  • Act as Recruitment Business Partner for the key stakeholders in the recruitment cycle,
  • Take on executive recruiting as required
  • Onboarding and training of (new) colleagues
  • Participate in continuously evaluating and improving our recruitment operations seeking the smoothest fastest recruitment engine possible.
  • Work in close cooperation with the global Center of Expertise managing projects to a local successful implementation
  • Work with external market to know and understand the market trends, talent availability, client’s position in the market place and communicate trends to internal stakeholders
  • Act as an ambassador of the client at all times.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
  • Direct recruitment experience, ideally in an MNC environment and/or in a global recruitment company
  • Candidate sourcing expertise
  • Strong assessment skills
  • Previous experience of using ATS, CRM, Social Recruiting Platforms.
  • Practical experience of implementing employer branding programs
  • Marketing / Sales “attitude”, with polished persuasion techniques
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to provide recruiting solutions
  • Sound knowledge regarding best in class recruitment trends and candidate sourcing methodology
  • Ability to lead change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Permission to work in Australia. Visa Sponsorship will not be possible.
