We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance & Reward Analyst to join our Human Resources (HR) team in Sydney.

Reporting to Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and analytical support to the Human Resources team, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a range of Remuneration, Performance and Benefits policies, programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative and analytical support for the firm's annual remuneration and performance review processes and broader HR reporting throughout the year
  • Management of the market survey submissions and maintenance of the Legal remuneration ranges, and Legal Support and FAST roles market data
  • Source, analyse and model remuneration data and other relevant information into the provision of remuneration, performance and benefits advice
  • Administering our Performance Management System and processes
  • Administering our employee recognition program and processes
  • Supporting the implementation of an integrated HRIS
  • Maintain high standards of data quality in our remuneration, performance and benefits systems and reporting
  • Providing support to the broader HR team on Remuneration, Performance and Benefits queries
  • Support firm-wide and Human Resources reporting and other projects as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in analytics, workforce metrics and HRIS
  • Experience in remuneration, performance and benefits practices across large and/or complex organisations
  • Strong technical, numeracy, and analytical skills including advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage large complex data sets
  • In-depth knowledge of Remuneration and Performance best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service oriented
