Charter Keck Cramer is a leading Property Advisory Firm, employing 150 employees within its Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Singapore offices. The firm provides a wide range of property services across Advisory, Research, Valuations, Projects and Capital.

Position Overview

Charter has an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced HR Advisor to support its national business. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide generalist Human Resources advice, guidance and support, as it relates to the employee lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provision of timely advice and coaching across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Actively manage and support end to end recruitment
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction
  • Coordinate the annual performance discussion and remuneration review process
  • Identify and administer learning and development initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, including OH&S
  • Assist with the identification, development and implementation of HR Projects

Position Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources
  • Previous experience (minimum 4-5 years) in a HR generalist position, preferably in professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end to end recruitment
  • Strong articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent work organisation and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
