Job Description

The successful Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will:

  • Working remotely, you will be seen as a true expert in your field, consistently delivering quality and diverse talent that builds and strengthens the future talent pipeline.
  • Working with diverse and remote teams located across time zones across a matrixed environment
  • Working within a fast paced and high energy environment supporting leaders across the full recruitment life cycle
  • Delivering highly qualified candidates on time, managing volume and salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment life cycle
  • Creating and executing multi-channel strategies to source candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring demands
  • Ensuring high standards are met and often exceeded as it relates to both hiring manager and candidate experience. Champion diversity, inclusion, purpose and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process leading to measurable improvement in the attraction, selection and engagement of high-potential, diverse candidates
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with the wider GBS teams, relevant COEs and Business Partners to find and execute solutions to business challenges and to develop proactive external talent attraction and sourcing strategies
  • Becoming an expert user of our applicant tracking system (Success Factors), ensuring compliance in Talent Acquisition activity across the ATS
  • Be passionate to drive compliance and high standards - working closely to Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures, data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles

The Successful Applicant

The successful Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will:

  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and 1 or more additional European languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Dutch
  • Come with strong talent acquisition expertise gained within an in-house, agency or RPO model.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with advanced English level proficiency and able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Know the latest methodologies and sourcing strategies and will be adept at Boolean searches, direct sourcing and market mapping
  • Solid experience conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews across a breadth of organization levels
  • You will be able to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and will escalate as needed
  • You will have a degree or equivalent experience for this role
