Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Performance & Reward Manager on a fixed term contract until the end of April 2022.


You will support the delivery of the Human Resources program across the NAB enterprise with specialist reward advice by reviewing and amending the job architecture to ensure alignment and designing all rewards processes e2e with the final stage through to the SAP processes.


What you will bring

  • Significant experience in a similar rewards position including EBA knowledge with large HR/change transformational programs
  • Proven experience in navigating complexity and bringing together moving parts and stakeholders to deliver a successful outcome
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at executive and senior level
  • Strong business acumen, a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to distil large volumes of information
  • Strategic thinker who can develop operational plans to strategic objectives and align to core processes
