This ASX listed Aged Care provider with a highly regarded reputation for its integrity and respect is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to undertake a 3 month temporary role in the capacity of Recruitment Coordinator/Internal Recruitment Specialist their National Office. This role is ideally suited to an individual with a breadth of administration experience who is wanting to pursue a career in Recruitment/HR.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment clients. You will work closely with the business to understand their needs and provide an exceptional level of customer service. You will also display excellent candidate care at all stages.

Key responsibilities include:
Identifying, engaging and attracting passive candidates to build a talent pool/pipeline.
Liaising with candidates and senior stakeholders to manage enquiries
Utilising social media tools, identifying and engaging with passive candidates
Developing a talent pool of candidates
Contributing to continuous improvement opportunities for process and system initiatives.
Preparation of employment contracts, preparation of letters, templates and forms.
You may be required to assist with the on-boarding process with new employees.

Demonstrated Competencies/Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment Administration or Resourcer/Candidate Experience Manager roles (Desirable)
Demonstrated experience in volume recruiting environment.
Demonstrated ability to utilise multiple online resourcing channels to identify talent
Ability to work under pressure and respond to competing/changing priorities
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
High level of computer literacy skills
Problem solving skills.
