About the role
You will be part of the Projects and Transformation Practice who are responsible for the delivery of recruitment services to Hudson Clients. This will involve support and coordination of recruitment projects by working closely with the Queensland Practice Director and Principal Consultants. Responsible for resource coordination, candidate support, reporting and CRM management, knowledge management, issue resolution and escalation, administration and assisting in the consistent delivery of our solution.

Specific responsibilities for this role will include

Assist the Principal Consultants with candidate submissions, scheduling interviews, candidate background checks
Posting advertising to various media
Create candidate comms as required
Provide high-level candidate care and operational support through the end-to-end recruitment process
Provide high quality customer service by delivering accurate and consistent advice at all times
Assist the Principal Consultants with job work flow processes as per Hudson compliance
Manage contractor setup and assist with Confirmation of Assignments
Undertake various projects and other duties as directed. Continually review processes and suggest new ways of working that may automate or streamline workflows.

Experience, Qualifications

Previous experience working in Recruitment or Human Resources administration function and/or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
Ability to draft and prepare recruitment related documentation/templates with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client service with the ability to set priorities and effectively work independently and as part of a team environment
Ability to use judgment and discretion and seek advice and assistance from senior/ specialist staff as required.
Exceptional time management skills. Ability to set priorities and manage workflow independently for a high volume workload.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
