Based in Cairns, Signature Staff has enjoyed over 20 years of success and has embarked on a strategic growth phase. We have a new opportunity for someone with a strong administration skills who has worked in the recruitment or employment industry.

So what does the role entail?
We are looking for an assistant to support the recruitment consultant to join our team and meet the demands of our clients for temping and permanent recruitment.

Your main focus will be process candidates and assist with recruitment functions of our labour hire arm.

Essential Skills

To be considered for this role, you will need to following skills and attributes;

Clear and confident communication skills - verbal and written
Have an eye for detail
Excellent time management ability
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office and CRM Platforms
Reception and administration skills
Provide exceptional customer service
Understanding of the recruitment and/or employment industry is highly desirable
Must be social media savvy across main platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Have studied or had previous experience with Graphic Design - preferred but not essential
Marketing background either by prior experience or study - preferred but not essential
