About This Opportunity

Our HR Managers / HR Business Partners (locally known as Manager, HR Client Partnering) are critical in ensuring the strategic and operational goals of a select client group are met, by delivering client-centric HR advisory and partnering services, including;

  • support and guidance for complex HR issues;
  • developing stakeholder HR capabilities;
  • ensuring compliance with policy and/or legislative and regulatory controls;
  • guiding and mentoring HR Advisors to ensure service delivery.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be highly experienced in the delivery of HR services in a University setting, including maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders and fostering trust in your advice and capabilities. Experience mentoring and/or managing a team of HR professionals will be highly regarded, plus proven experience in interpreting and applying policy and enterprise agreements, and managing compliance and risk.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.

What We Can Offer

There are full-time and part-time, continuing and fixed-term (12 month) positions at HEW level 8.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $100,264 - $112,583, plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $117,308 - $131,722.
