Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Brisbane office in the position of Recruitment Coordinator where you will provide recruitment support to our busy Queensland team. Offering variety and challenge you will have the opportunity to see people practices and talent management across many sectors, liaise with hiring managers and people managers and build your technical and commercial knowledge very quickly. There is nothing like exposure and great training to help you reach your professional goals.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Build talent pipelines
  • Attract, source, screen and interview candidates
  • On-boarding and recruitment administration
  • Recruit and match talent for specific client requirements
  • Liaise with candidates and on-hired workers about performance and site issues
  • Maintaining candidate and client records (SalesForce)
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in volume recruitment/ Assessment Centre methodologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Very high attention to detail (compliance)
  • A high level of computer literacy and keyboarding skills, specifically in MS Word and Excel.
