Let’s get straight to it. This role sees you using systems and processes to administer contractor and agency engagements while working as a supportive and reliable team member.

Is this the right role for me?

  • are you comfortable with following clear processes and using systems?
  • a little obsessed with attention to detail and accuracy?
  • does a fast paced quick turnaround-style environment suit you?

  • are you interested in gaining exposure to learn more about talent acquisition strategies for a highly diverse workforce?

Tell me a bit more about the team?

The broader team, Employee Services is made up of four functions; Recruitment Delivery, Learning & Development, Performance & Experience and the team you could be joining – Talent Acquisition & Contractor Management. We facilitate lots of HR processes to deliver amazing experiences and customer focussed outcomes for the entire organisation.

Sounds good, what would you like me to bring?

You’ll consider yourself agile, comfortable with dealing with sometimes fast paced deadlines, confident learning systems and getting things right. You’ll also add value as a reliable, supportive team member who loves to contribute ideas and enjoys learning. It's a great role if you're comfortable with routine processes, all the while learning a lot about Australia's largest local government.
