Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analysis exercises with key stakeholders across the business to identify pain points and areas for talent improvement
  • Monitor performance of recruitment and HR systems, making recommendations to drive efficiency and process improvement
  • Scope, evaluate and implement new HR systems organisation-wide
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to the broader People and Culture strategy
  • Work with stakeholders across the HR Department and the business to plan and implement HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Develop and lead staff coaching and training sessions across new recruitment-focused processes and their enabling systems (HRIS, ATS, collaboration tools)
  • Work with the Head of HR on change management in relation to process improvements and new system implementation
  • Proactively partner with internal stakeholders in a consultative way, to provide subject matter expertise and in partnership, determine the most relevant, tailored approaches to meet their hiring needs.
  • Consult with leadership stakeholders to assess the impact of system or process improvements that have been implemented
