The Role

As the People and Culture Manager you will drive and implement key HR functions to improve and enhance the people and culture experience. With a team of HR professionals behind you, you will lead and be heavily involved in carving the future of the firm in a strategic and operational focused role. The Candidate

You will have worked in a similar level role in a law firm with previous and demonstrated experience working in a strategic HR role delivering and implementing new initiatives and processes to streamline the HR function. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and someone who is able to manage a team and be involved in day to day operations.
