About the role: 

The role is a part time role - 25 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to work in an innovative, dynamic and creative business. You will have exposure to people of all levels within the business and you will be working alongside highly engaged and experienced HR professionals.


Reporting directly to the Payroll and Insights Manager, you will deliver effective customer service through timely, accurate and compliant payroll and HR system administration for Craveable Brands. You will perform the end to end payroll administration and processing activities on our monthly (180 salary employees) and weekly (150 – 250 timesheet employees) payrolls.

As the main point of contact for payroll, you will respond to all payroll/HR system queries and business requests related to HRIS and payroll data function ensuring exceptional payroll customer service and business Support. Taking the ownership of HRIS/Payroll reporting function, you will fulfill all payroll related reporting and financial requirements on monthly, yearly and during our remuneration review process. Maintaining accurate HR/Payroll system records, undertaking regular reviews and maintenance activities on payroll will be part of your role.


You will also be supporting the people team on a wide range of HR activities including remuneration and benefits and talent management. This role will also be able to get involved and even own some exciting key people projects and business initiatives.


About the you: 

Flexible work arrangements available – work a flexible week across five (5) days. 

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and detail-oriented Payroll/HR professional to join our dynamic HR team. You will possess a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and preferably from within a retail or QSR environment. 


Experience with Preceda or equivalent payroll system will be a must for this role and you will be skilled at managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and making things happen. Along with your high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will make yourself successful in this role.

With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will be someone who thrives working in an entrepreneurial, hands on team environment and would like to join a dynamic, fun and progressive organisation.
