As the Senior HR/TA Advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders across the region to embed strategies that focus on attracting and developing the best talent. What will I be doing? 

  • Talent Acquisition - Support the Talent Acquisition strategy and as required actively recruit key roles and manage proactive sourcing and succession planning
  • HR Business Partnering – taking a hands-on approach to delivering a great HR service to all business leaders for all employee matter throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coaching and leading – Coach and advise people managers on best practice performance management techniques, ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Provide support to the business as required to improve company, team and individual performance whilst aligning with the business objectives.
  • Organisational Development – Work with and support the HR team to create and deliver people related initiatives and interventions that support and enhance workplace culture
  • HR Documentation – Ensure that HR policies, procedures and programs are maintained in line with best practice and relevant legislation.
  • HR Projects – Act as the lead for a range of HR projects as determined by the global HR program of work


About You

  • Experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment role in growing businesses
  • Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • 360-degree recruitment experience, sourcing to offer and onboarding, applying unique thinking to how this can be done
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to influence to get positive business and people outcomes
  • Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives
  • Knowledge and use of HRIS/ATS applications
