The Role

This is a newly created role due to growth. Reporting into the Director of People and Culture and based within a supportive, trusting and flexible team, you will be trusted to work autonomously to achieve your goals, with the support of the Director and wider team.

With a recent HRIS implementation in ELMO, your role will support the growth of the team and business through a number of key HR projects, initiatives and through best practice use of the new HRIS. To allow the P&C team to be more data driven in how they operate, your analytical mind will support them with reporting and tracking key metrics.

The Duties
  • Management of the recently implemented HRIS, ELMO, and responsibility for collaborating across the people and culture team to keep data accurate and up to date
  • Ensure smooth operational and transactional processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Responsible for providing HR analytics and reporting as required across all areas of the employee lifespan and for board meetings
  • Building and creating human resources processes in the HRIS
  • Works closely with payroll to communicate and deliver remuneration and salary changes
  • Work closely with the Director of P&C to provide accurate, up to date advice on HR governance policies ensuring compliance and alignment with relevant legislation

The Ideal Candidate

A varied and crucial role within the people and culture team, this position will suit someone with a technical mind, experience in human resources operations and HRIS management and with excellent written communication skills.

Working closely with the HR Director, you will deliver information on metrics and data, as well as taking ownership of the HRIS and best practice usage to drive continuous process improvement across the organisation.

Prior background within a non profit will assist you in this role, but is by no means essential. Culture is a key driver for this fast growing organisation and your warm, passionate and analytical approach will see you thrive in this role.

Your experience;
  • Prior recent experience in HR operations and as a generalist
  • Experience working closely with a HRIS as a superuser
  • Prior experience managing projects in HR
  • Strong technical and analytical skills across excel and HRIS reporting
