The Role

Responsibilities

Working closely with our People & Culture Advisor, you will also be responsible for

The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for providing all HR administrative and payroll support to the People & Culture team, with a specific focus on recruitment support.

  • End to end recruitment support
  • Produce monthly payroll reports and manage leave requests/balances
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (BambooHR) and employee files
  • Development and delivery of staff induction and onboarding
  • General administration and any ad hoc projects as required
The Person

As an approachable team-player, you will have a passion for people and doing the right thing. You are extremely organised, thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Your attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality will be critical to your success in the role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (can be completed or in progress)
  • Minimum 2 years' of demonstrated experience in an Administration role
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
