A new opportunity has now become available in the form of an initial six month contract, with the view for the role to move to permanency in late 2021.

About The Role

This is a fast-paced and complex environment where you will report directly to a passionate GM of HR and work closely with the leadership team, finance team and become a supportive 'go-to' in this close-knit and supportive organisation.

About You
  • You are a hands-on, proactive with a minimum of four years' experience in a HR Advisory position.
  • You also have the willingness and capability to work collaboratively with the leaders whilst also functioning autonomously and driving improvements and operational efficiency of the business.
  • You will have proven experience running the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • You have proven experience in the operation of HRIS systems.
  • You have a knowledge of principals and practice in ER and L&D.
  • You have proven ability to coach employees through difficult issues.
