About The Role

We're looking for a HR S&P/ PM who will be a key people partner to the APAC HR Director and APAC HRBP Team, as well as a driver of major programs across the APAC Region. You will drive business growth by supporting the overall People strategy and implementing core People Programs and initiatives for our wide array of teams. Working very closely with the HR Director for APAC, you will be a strong partner to the multiple teams in our People function, coordinating and driving Programs of change.

What You'll Do

  • Be the partner to the APAC HR Director and leaders, helping them anticipate, navigate and solve people issues and business risks.Through your understanding of how the business is structured and what the core functions are, translate that knowledge into identifying possible risks.
  • Support excellence in all key people processes (such as performance management, compensation, development programs, recruiting, mobility and onboarding/offboarding,) through the provision of accurate and insightful data.
  • Lead and execute APAC-wide programs of work and strategic initiatives, driving change and innovation across the region, to improve business outcomes and people’s worklife experiences.
  • Provide the infrastructure for communication and Monthly people reviews, with the Mobility, Delivery and APAC LT’s, and supporting other critical regional meets
  • Export APAC derived insights and initiatives to other regions with the HRD
What You'll Need
  • Extensive experience in an HR role, S&P or Project Management role. All considered equally valuable.
  • Strong, demonstrated experience in Program Management in multiple locations, within the arena of people management
  • Authentic communicator and leader, able to build relationships with many senior stakeholders.
  • Extremely strong technical skills: data analytics, Google sheets and data mining.
  • Resourceful, creative, self-starter, action oriented.
  • Passionate about making an impact and about people outcomes.
  • Change and project management expertise
  • Solid judgement, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ideally a foundation in HR concepts and principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
