As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist based in our Sydney CBD office, you will bring your high-volume internal recruitment experience to support us by attracting and engaging the right talent across the state, while providing a high level of customer service and delivery to our hiring managers. Taking ownership of the recruitment process and delivering a successful selection and onboarding process is our priority, to ensure our new employees receive the experience they deserve!

As a team, we get together often to talk about our hiring strategies, employer branding, candidate experience and technology growth. You are not just here to sell EML to candidates, you’re part of a team who focus on hiring the right people into the business which will then have a flow on effect that impacts our customers return to health and to work. You will not be alone, your work is our work. We support each other to drive success and continue to increase our employee engagement and retention.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work together as a team to manage the end to end recruitment cycle across a busy portfolio based across a high-volume space.
  • Work together with your hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, agree on a timeline and recruitment strategy that works for you both while utilising the best direct attraction tools.
  • Treat all candidates how you’d like to be treated - provide a memorable recruitment experience from application stage to offer, even if they are unsuccessful.
  • Using our pre-screening tools, carefully evaluate candidates’ key skills and capabilities to ensure suitability for each role.
  • Help drive continuous improvements by being part of wider projects across the business to build on our employer brand, hiring strategies and candidate experience.

About You
  • You will be an experienced high-volume internal recruiter with a passion for employee engagement.
  • Your previous experience will include utilising attraction tools to proactively engage with industry talent.
  • Thriving in a busy environment is something that drives you and offers you the opportunity to utilise your best direct attraction tools and talent pipelining skills.
  • You enjoy a values-driven environment and have a key interest to drive employee engagement within the business.
  • Being proactive is your second nature and will help you fit into our high performing team that recognises success.
