6 Month contract providing, HR coordination, admin, workshops for all APAC human resource activities for Major IT Vendor transformation Project.

Were are looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Administrator to join our clients HR (Human Resource) team. This 6 Month contract engagement will provide support, coordination and administration for all Asia Pac HR activities for this Major IT vendor who is currently transitioning their business globally

The key activities include:

  • Managing a high-volume of employee documentation end-to-end including generating, issuing and tracking employee letters & employment contracts
  • Being a key point of contact for managers and employees
  • Coordinate and provide administration support for key HR meetings including ER meetings, training or employee workshops
  • Maintain up to date reporting and tracking of project progress
  • Provide coordination and administration support to Talent Acquisition as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in HR or Talent Acquisition coordination
  • Previous experience working on HR or transformation projects desirable
  • Any previous APAC experience desirable (Australia, Singapore, China)
  • Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to managing multiple, competing priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is a team player
  • Multilingual would be highly advantageous but not compulsory
