The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to become an integral part of a close-knit, high performing national People & Culture team, in our Melbourne office. With guidance and support, you will help ensure the smooth operation of this progressive People & Culture function. You will receive strong on the job training, coaching and mentoring, in a supportive environment.

You will have the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels of the business. You will be a team player, strong communicator and importantly, a willingness to learn.

You will:
Your responsibilities will include Administrative support across the following areas:

Recruitment / Onboarding
Employee relations
Health & Safety
Remuneration and benefits
Learning & Development

About You:
Degree qualified in Human Resource Management
Experience within a Human Resources function would be advantageous, but not necessary.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
High level oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products
