Your new team

Our People & Culture team at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is passionate about providing our employees with the best possible employee experience. Our team are recruiting for Recruitment Coordinators (based at our office in North Melbourne) to join our collaborative and supportive Recruitment team.

Our Recruitment Coordinators work in partnership with the HR Advisors to provide a high level of customer service, advice and administrative support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Fast paced highly administrative role managing a range of transactional administrative tasks across the recruitment function.

First point of contact for new employees to ensure a smooth transition to The RMH.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to draft position descriptions and advertisements.

Advertising vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.

Prepare employment contracts in line with relevant EBAs and legislation.

Facilitatate employee on-boarding and pre-employment compliance checks.

First point of contact for employee and hiring manager enquiries.

Develop and refine the employee onboarding/induction process.

Your Contribution

Experience in HR or Recruitment administration role.

Resilient with the ability to work across a range of recruitment functions.

Agile and adaptable, able to manage competing demands to deadlines.

Enjoy working in a fast paced high volume environment.

A team player with a service orientation and the ability to build relationships.

System savy: exposure to HRIS and excellent Microsoft Office skills
