WHAT WOULD WORKING FOR AMICUS LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?
With an office located in beautiful Collins Street we (more often than not) prefer to work from home. This opportunity would see you enjoying the flexibility of working from home full-time - with the exception of attendance at stakeholder meetings and BD initiatives (when required). For the right person, a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight will be considered.

This is an exciting and fast-paced position which is not one for the faint-hearted! You will need to be highly-skilled and driven, as you provide all facets of high level administrative and digital marketing support to a busy Senior Consultant and the rest of the team. On a daily basis, you will be required to juggle multiple tasks as your role constantly evolves.... Quite often and at short notice, you will be required to conduct urgent reference checks, format complex candidate CV's, coordinate interviews between multiple parties and create job advertisements.... Your role doesn't end there! Other responspinibilties will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing the company's social media content;
  • Researching and reporting on legal industry updates and trends;
  • Maintaining the company's website, across multiple platforms;
  • Curating market-related blog posts;
  • Maintaining the candidate and client database using JobAdder;
  • Conducting reference checks on current candidates;
  • Complex formatting of multiple candidate resumes;
  • Drafting job advertisements for online job boards and website promotion;
  • Ad-hoc tasks including answering and directing calls, scanning, photocopying, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Due the consistently busy nature of our business, relevant recruitment and/or legal industry experience in a similar capacity is essential. Those who hail from a HR/Recruitment Assistant/Para-Consultant background, are strongly encouraged to apply.
