6 month fixed-term contract - central location with work from home on offer
Salary cicra $95, 000 to $110, 000 package

We're partnering with a well-established organisation that has been contributing to the community for over 100 years, and quite literally changing people's lives, as well as being at the forefront of advancing global health.

Within this role, you will be working closely alongside both the Learning and Organisational Development Manager and Advisor to contribute to the development of learning and organisational development strategies for the business. As the business is currently implementing Workday, they are seeking additional support for their L&OD agenda.

Reporting into the Learning & Organisational Development Manager, some of your key responsibilities within this six-month contract will include;

Reviewing, designing and rolling out a new onboarding process, as well as revamping the induction program.
Introducing the 360-degree feedback process for the leaders, including rolling out internal coms, and managing from a change perspective.
Managing the Employee Development Program & the Health & Wellbeing program, including content development, engaging providers, workshop administration and evaluation.
Assisting with the planning, coordination and rollout of the next culture survey.
Reviewing and amending existing policies and procedures.
Maintaining and building positive and productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
Providing administrative support as required.
Assisting with projects from the broader P&C team.

Experience designing content and exposure to e-learning.
Excellent project management skills.
Passionate and enthusiastic manner.
Highly developed planning and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise projects and work within timeframes to meet deadlines.
