About the role
This role has come about as a result of an internal transfer. Reporting to HR Director for Australia, this role is also part of the international COE for Talent Acquisition.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical member of the HR team supporting the entire Australian business in a post merger setting, and will play a significant role in growing a rapidly scaling division of the business.

Handling all end to end recruitment activities, you will be working closely with business leaders to deliver talent attraction solutions for a broad range of positions across professional services, finance, engineering, corporate, and customer service.

Being the TA SME for Australia, you will coach and guide business and people leaders on best practise TA strategies and operations including behavioural interviews, onboarding and candidate experience.

About You
An experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you will have had exposure to best practice internal recruitment, managing the process end to end and have the ability to flex between operating at a strategic and tactical level on a daily basis.

You will have had previous experience recruiting a high volume of roles during recruitment spikes or specific projects.

You will be comfortable and effective at operating independently and have the ability to build trusting business relationships across the organisation, including within your own HR team.

Degree qualifications and experience across a broad range of recruitment disciplines, ideally within financial services, will be highly desirable a
