HR Advisor with Talent Attraction 12-15 month contract

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our incredible Melbourne team, reporting directly to the HR Lead of Australia. 12-15 month contract, as the business is growing, potential opportunity for permanency.

About You
This role would suit someone confident, self-sufficient and solutions-focused. As the HR Advisor you will work as part of a small and close-knit HR team and provide guidance and coaching across areas of the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition.

The Australian workforce is currently under 200, with a presence in Melbourne and QLD, with a wider global workforce of over 30,000 employees.

The successful candidate will need to be proactive and professional, able to work independently and influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of people within and outside the organisation. Being a global organisation, there are many ex-pats in the office creating a unique culture and a good reason to brush up on your Italian or Spanish!

The role will include:
Raising Approvals to Recruit and creation of advertisements.
Manage relationships, procurement, and recruitment processes with external agencies on hard to fill positions.
Induct and onboard new starters, including facilitation.
Coordinate training needs for all staff for their development and health and safety requirements
Support the HR Manager with systems and any reporting projects, Workday recently implemented.
Ensure HR administration activities are kept in line with organisational changes and staff records are kept updated

What we are looking for

HR Degree or relevant experience
Demonstrated capacity to recruit multiple roles across multiple disciplines and run the process end to end
Interest and appetite to build more HR generalist skill
Sound project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
