We have a unique and refreshing approach to recruitment here at Stryker. As Stryker enters an exciting step-up and further growth, we are looking for an additional pair of hands in our Talent team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Talent team by proactively and reactively sourcing candidates across all roles at Stryker in Australia and New Zealand.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the Talent team to ensure they are filling openings in a timely and efficient manner with extremely high calibre candidates by proactively sourcing for up and coming roles in order to have benched candidates ready to go when roles come available.
  • Shadowing the Talent team to gain a thorough understanding of recruitment needs across the wider business.
  • Support the management of a number of high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic roles at the sourcing stage.
  • Proficiently use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and SEEK to headhunt candidates, as well as, use creative methods to find passive candidates.
  • Build a world class recruiting pipeline by developing new and innovative ways to identify talent.
  • Develop relationships with the market and build on these connections to network and build a wider candidate pool.
  • Have the autonomy to work on a variety of projects that will have a true impact across the business.

What experience will I need?

  • Previous experience in a Candidate Care or Resourcer or Junior Recruiter role within agency or internal recruitment.
  • Experience proactively searching for Talent using SEEK and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of permanent and temporary recruitment processes.
