Our Professional Services segment has existing contracts in place, and we are looking for a recruiter wanting the freedom and support to manage their own desk, their own clients and their own commission potential.

The role

You will be a proactive Recruitment Consultant always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market share. You will be a confident networker and take ownership of a selection of existing clients predominantly in the business, accounting and finance vertical.

On a Day To Day Basis You Will
  • Actively approach and engage with existing and potential clients
  • Manage a database of actively seeking Business Support professionals
  • Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
  • Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV’s
  • Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
  • Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
  • Develop sound account management practices to ensure majority share in your key clients
