We’re now looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. Could it be you?


We’re looking for 2-4 years experience working in a L&D or Training role, but we're most interested in your people skills, approach and cultural fit.


About the role


  • Partner with senior leaders to develop understanding of Sparro best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Liaise with senior leaders and HR to drive new employee training programs and skill development across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and other channels as required
  • Continually research and source new channel developments from external partners and internal staff to produce channel updates, training and best practice documentation.
  • Creating L&D checklists and progression documents for new staff.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, displaying sensitivity and understanding when conducting training processes and workshops.


About you


This is an opportunity to share your talents and ideas working closely with our General Manager and Senior Leaders, who are both hands-on and hugely invested in the day-to-day operations of the business.


  • Qualifications in L&D andTraining, ideally with 2-4 years demonstrated experience working in a Training role.
  • Experience within or exposure to the Digital Marketing industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to tailor training based on individual needs.
  • Highly organised, with an ability to use initiative and prioritise in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Growth mindset to continuously enhance and develop your skills to bring innovative approaches to the table.
