The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for creating an amazing candidate journey from ‘hello to hired’. Day-to-day you will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to understand and support the execution of hiring plans for a diverse range of roles across the business. What we are looking for

For this particular role we are seeking someone with the following experience:

  • Experience in supporting the recruitment lifecycle in accordance with targeted selection recruitment methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, harmoniously, and productively in a busy and cohesive team environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, hiring managers and candidates across all levels.
  • Previous responsibility for workflow within a busy environment with time sensitive deadlines to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, even when under pressure.
  • Organized with high attention to detail, efficient and proactive.
  • Tenacious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A typical day for you may look like this...

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition (TA) and hiring teams to understand and implement hiring plans.
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience through ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinating with the TA team to keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date.
  • Effective communication with the TA partners and hiring managers to manage expectations.
  • Working to create a seamless handoff to the Employee Experience team.
  • Providing input from the brief to identify the channels and strategy to source candidates.
  • Effective screening of candidates to assess suitability against job requirements.
