About You

This role is versatile, diverse and key for our continued growth. You come from a recruitment agency background - understand the industry, how it works – and have creative flair. Recruitment is in your DNA.


You're an ideas person confident in your ability to help build a culture that drives business forward. You're able to see big picture but also love getting dug in to the detail.


What you'll be up to in the role:


 Work with Rec2Rec's and be the first layer of screening new recruits

 Onboard new starters as well as supporting recruitment internally

 Create internal and external content with creative skills

 Help with training and developing team members

 Arrange incentives for the team

 Raise brand awareness / be the lead brand ambassador

 Come up with ideas of making the business and internal careers better

 Lead the curation of our digital and social media landscape

 Work with Head of Talent, Global to ensure collaboration and alignment across offices

 Defining and designing other elements of your role as you see fit...
