We are growing! This new position will be an integral part of TK Maxx’s growth strategy throughout Australia. You will be accountable the delivery of great talent to our Stores.

In this role, you will be a strategic specialist who influences and leads stakeholders to meet hiring objectives and also support projects to create an efficient and scalable Talent Acquisition function that supports planned business growth.

About the Role:

  • Support hiring needs for stores, leveraging internal and external resources
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
  • Source, engage, assess and acquire high-quality talent
  • Influence, advise, and collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other leaders and peers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders as part of the recruitment process autonomously
  • Use data, analytics and market intelligence to tell the Talent Acquisition story, such as awareness of trends in the labor market, hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors, availability of talent, and talent mapping
  • Be an active participant in the implementation of talent acquisition processes and technologies in partnership with U.S. Talent Acquisition
  • Establish a best in class experience to candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
  • Positively represent the TJX brand and rolling out employment brand strategies

About You:

  • 2+ years Full Recruitment Lifecycle experience
  • Proven ability to think innovatively to solve problems and challenge the status quo
  • Experience leading and managing multiple searches and Talent Acquisition projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated expertise throughout the recruitment lifecycle; expert sourcing, superior assessment skills, business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Communicates plans/strategies proactively, and ability to anticipate challenges/obstacles
