Our office is situated in Melbourne CBD overlooking the Yarra, making it ideal for commuting from all parts of the city and is an environment that reflects OET's fresh and inviting approach to business. This role will initially be a work-from-home opportunity in line with Covid-19 restrictions.

The Role

This position will support the Talent Acquisition Partner in a vast range of generalist recruitment activities that will support CBLA’s strategic growth. This person will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and HR team to provide high-quality, professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring that recruitment and HR processes are conducted in line with Company policies and objectives. If you are interested in recruitment but don't have direct experience, there is an opportunity to learn and grow.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct shortlisting, telephone screening interviews, reference, and qualification checks of candidates.
  • Provide assistance with adverts and PD’s.
  • Talent Pipelining of candidates in preparation for hiring.
  • Assist the hiring team by preparing interview questions.
  • Carry out all recruitment administration-related tasks including setting up and maintaining employee files.
  •  Identify opportunities for improvement in Human Resource processes and procedures and assist in their implementation.
  • Assist with the collation of recruitment data for workforce reporting.
  • Maintain positive relationships across the organisation and provide high-level, service-orientated support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the HR coordinator to initiate onboarding.
  • Communicate HR Policies and procedures to candidates, in particular, Recruitment to ensure a consistent approach in their application
  • Work as part of the wider HR team providing ad hoc support as required
