JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will help us drive people-related opportunities across the entire APAC region for our business while being responsible for the delivery of our global HR strategy within the territory.


You will be charged with delivering the best-in-class support for our employees and will be acting as their first contact point for all personnel-related matters, including personnel administration, onboarding and offboarding, contract and absence management. Furthermore, you will be building and maintaining strong working relationships with our managers, supporting them in further establishing learning, development, and performance management measures for all employees. Driving our local talent acquisition strategy, you will be recruiting for top talent while growing our employer brand and positioning us as the employer of choice. 


As part of the Global HR team, you will be closely collaborating with your team members across all locations and implementing global measures on a local level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first class employee support while providing support on visa-related issues, formalising the on- and offboarding process, creating and managing employment contracts and maintaining employee data within our HR Information System, administering absences and further developing local benefits
  • Ensure that all local legislation and regulations are in place across all territories
  • Drive the ongoing development of staff through developing and implementing global learning and development programs on a local level
  • Oversee performance management and disciplinary issues where necessary, supporting key stakeholders and ensuring the proper and correct process Is carried out
  • Deliver a long-term strategy for talent acquisition in collaboration with Global Talent Acquisition, building relationships and identifying talent pools to hire top talent
  • Implement clear, efficient processes when driving change, collaborating with senior management and the Global HR team
  • Be a driver for positive staff engagement through the rollout of new initiatives and leading on projects that further enhance the employee experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, across business partnering, talent acquisition and employee support.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience working as the point of contact for staff for all personnel administration.
  • Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present to different audiences in clear and effective ways
  • Be forward-thinking, well organized, and have an obsession for detail
  • No VISA or sponsorship requirements
