Due to our continued growth and investment within the business, Cube Networks are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People and Partnership Team!


TALENT SEARCH MANAGEMENT


  • Support the Talent Partner and P&C team with implementing the Talent framework to meet the People Vision and P&C Delivery Plan.
  • Support recruitment as a whole function
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the candidate experience to attract, retain and engage top talent, contributing to our vision of becoming ‘an awesome place to work’ and ‘employer of choice’.
  • Supports the hiring process to ensure we hire the right person for the right role, via searching, contacting, and providing regular updates and feedbacks to talent 
  • Maintaining our ATS to ensure we have accurate real time candidate awareness and understanding of the market

RECRUITMENT


  • Ongoing management of Recruitment Processes, Policies and Procedures.
  • Executing a candidate and recruitment experience that ensures attracting and sourcing high quality candidates.
  • Actively communicating and networking within the talent pool
  • Participate in marketing events, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.
  • Interview, screen, and match candidates to our recruitment pipeline.
  • Manage the CV database keeping a record of all active roles.
  • Manage full life cycle hiring process with candidates.
  • Optimise our hiring process to provide insight into the talent metrics for success through insightful talent reporting


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a IT Recruitment advantageous.
  • Experience with an ATS is preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications and Talent software systems.
