The Role

Reporting to our Head of People Business Partners, this role will see you act as a partner to the Chief of Innovation and Transformation and their leadership team. You’ll play a key role in leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives, delivering to the broader People Strategy alongside core signature People processes.


You will act as a conduit between the broader People team and the business, ensuring that the People work effort is aligned to business priorities and that the business are aware of key People programs and initiatives. The core of your role is your contribution to the People team’s objectives underpinned by your desire to achieve great experiences for our employees and customers. You also have the opportunity to provide coaching and advice to the HR consultants and wider People team.


About You

A passionate, Human Resources professional, you will have significant generalist experience partnering with Executives or Senior Leaders at a strategic and operational level. Your strength lies in the ability to influence Senior Leaders with the focus on shifting the culture and driving business transformation. The ability to work at pace is essential as is the ability to flex across multiple priorities. You have demonstrated commercial acumen including the ability to articulate the link between people strategy and business strategy, preferably in fast paced dynamic work environments.
