Our people are passionate about delivering recruitment service excellence, which is underpinned by high touch engagement and innovative recruitment solutions. You will be working as a part of one of our established MSPs with a global engineering organisation.

Your new role

  • Successfully manage all aspects of recruitment service delivery for the engagement of temporary workers.
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions effectively 
  • Work with your hiring managers to ensure full understanding of the service, educate managers on the temporary recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology 
  • Engage with the supplier panel to ensure they understand all requirements and successfully engage with the top talent in the market
  • Support the creation of talent pools and communities
  • Work with the offsite team in Auckland to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of temporary workers
  • Work to the teams’ long-term objectives by owning projects and initiatives
  • Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team
  • Provide analysis and insights through data and analytics in order to consult hiring managers on their temporary workforce.


What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have previous within an MSP ideally managing temporary or contingent placements in a varied portfolio. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you had exposure to a Vendor Management System. You will be a natural at building relationships and effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process and deliver great results through partnering with downstream suppliers. You will have a strong eye for detail, with the ability to work in complex environments with a high level of ambiguity.
