THE POSITION

This leading, values based organisation is leading the way and is projected to continue on a rapid growth trajectory. They are experiencing growth and change from a people and system perspective and there is an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team.


On a day-to-day basis, you will be partnering with your key business groups, providing HR advice around employment and industrial relations, award interpretation, advising on remuneration and benefits, and managing performance-related matters. You will also be involved in an array of HR transformational projects and have 2 direct reports to oversee and develop.

This position would suit an experienced HR Advisor looking to step up who has been hands-on end to end including employee and industrial relations experience and is experienced managing performance-related matters. OR and experienced HR Business Partner who isn’t getting the Partnering, ER/ IR, and Project exposure they would like.
