We’re looking for a motivated and resilient Talent Manager to join our small team. Due to demand for our services in our customer base, we’re looking to expand the team to help support our growth plans and customer base.

OK, so what's the actual job?

  • Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships with a focus on positioning and delivering our Talent Management service offering 
  • Work with marketing and the GM of Talent Management to build and deliver marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates
  • Carry out the end to end screening, interview and candidate profile presentation process 
  • General administration/ maintenance of candidate database, LinkedIn Recruiter and other systems associated with the recruitment life cycle
  • Proactively identify and suggest changes to templates, processes and procedures


You will be considered if you can demonstrate..

  • Experience within a fast-paced recruitment role working as a Talent Manager or similar on Technology/ IT roles.
  • A target driven and motivated attitude to achieve results for your clients and candidates 
  • Demonstrated success at building and managing customer relationships 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and gut instinct to make decisions, we call it intuition!
  • Persistence, resilience and positivity to understand that some days go well, and some days don’t, it’s all about how you move forward.
